S2:E11 - Filter Night Lights
Filter Night Lights is a brewing competition built for anyone who loves a good cup of coffee, whether you've competed before or you've never touched a pourover outside your own kitchen. Competitors work through rotating brewers - AeroPress, Hario V60, and the Hario Switch - with coffee, dose, and brewer decided only right before brewing begins, so skill and creativity matter more than gear or prep. Heats narrow down through three-person rounds to a final head-to-head showdown, judged blind by a panel of tasters. Hosted by Dynamic Coffee Roasters, It's Still Coffee, and Origin Coffee Club as part of Pittsburgh Coffee Week, on Wednesday, October 21 at Wallace's Whiskey Room + Kitchen inside Hotel Indigo East Liberty. Come to compete, or come to watch and drink good coffee alongside people who love it as much as you do.
